Mingle Markets Expand to Monthly Sunday Events
Great news for lovers of local shopping and fresh produce - Yarrabilba’s very own Mingle Markets have expanded!
You can now enjoy the markets every 4th Sunday morning from 7:30am, with an even larger range of stalls, fresh produce vendors, handmade goods and delicious breakfast options. It’s the perfect way to start your Sunday, support local small businesses, and connect with the community.
New Retail Precinct Underway at Dixon Circuit
Construction is officially underway on a vibrant new retail precinct on Dixon Circuit, marking an exciting step forward for convenience, dining, and everyday services in Yarrabilba.
Confirmed tenants already include:
- Hungry Jack’s
- Guzman y Gomez
- Subway
- JAX Tyres & Auto
More operators will be announced as construction progresses.
What the precinct will offer:
- Approximately 8,000 sqm of lettable space
- Mix of food, dining, showroom and indoor recreation
- 287 on‑site car parks
- Stage 1 opening expected in late 2026*
- Stage 2 to introduce a dedicated bulky‑goods retail offering
This precinct is set to become a major convenience hub, bringing more everyday essentials closer to home for local residents.
MountView Apartments: Yarrabilba’s First Mixed‑Use Apartment Development
A particularly exciting milestone for our team: MountView, Yarrabilba’s first mixed‑use apartment development, is officially on its way.
Delivered by Radiance Spaces, MountView will be positioned right at the entrance to the community and will feature:
- Ground‑floor retail and dining
- Three levels of premium apartments above
- A modern, walkable design that embraces lifestyle convenience
Construction is expected to begin in 2026* with an estimated build time of 18–24 months.

Masterplanning Complete
The masterplan outlining traffic flow, access points, land use and the overall vision has now been finalised.
Internal Planning Well Advanced
Detailed planning and coordination is underway to support future applications and design stages.
A Community‑Focused Concept
Consultation with stakeholders continues to refine a Town Centre that genuinely reflects the needs and priorities of Yarrabilba residents.
Infrastructure Works Underway
Major road upgrades have already begun, including the extension of:
- Wentland Avenue, and
- Jimbilunga Drive
These new connections will form key access routes into the future Town Centre precinct.
Site Preparation Progressing
Bulk earthworks are underway to level and prepare the land for future construction—a major milestone that signals momentum moving into 2026.
Applications in Motion
- A subdivision planning application was lodged with EDQ in 2025, covering five lots including the first stage of the Town Centre.
- A development application is currently being prepared for submission, which will pave the way for detailed design and construction to begin.
